​Black Walnuts Rice Pudding

Boil 2 cups of milk on medium flame. Keep stirring and add 1/2 cup sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes, and then add 1/4 cup washed broken rice and cook for 20-25 minutes. Keep stirring in between and once the rice is cooked evenly, add 1/2 tsp black walnut extract. Cook for one minute and switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down, refrigerate and serve cold.
