Benefits of amla

Amla contains antioxidants and has antibacterial properties that help boost the immune system. It also nourishes body tissues and accelerates cell regeneration. It is also a rich source of vitamin C, which helps build the immune system and provides resistance against many diseases, especially those of the respiratory tract. It is proven that amla's rich antioxidant profile, including gallic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and phenolic compounds, help modulate immune function by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. Regular consumption of amla is said to help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL), manage blood pressure, and improve overall cardiovascular function. It can also help boost collagen production, slow down signs of aging, and promote healthy, glowing skin. Its high fiber content aids in digestion and detoxification, while its anti-inflammatory properties support heart and liver health. Its antioxidants and nutrients reduce premature graying, strengthen hair roots, and improve skin glow.

Honey has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It is good for gut health and reduces constipation, bloating and gas. Regular consumption in moderation can also help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, support wound healing, and provide a natural source of antioxidants. Its soothing nature benefits the throat and digestive tract, while its natural sugars offer gentle, sustained energy, making honey a wholesome alternative to refined sweeteners in everyday diets. According to a study, honey has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory properties, largely due to its content of phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and polyphenols. These bioactive molecules help regulate inflammatory responses and enhance immune function.
