What is ABCG?

ABCG is basically homemade juice made by mixing apple, carrot, beetroot, ginger, lemon juice along with a dash of salt. This simple blend is a holy grail for health as it is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants like beta carotene, zinc, potassium, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C to name a few. In fact, most health enthusiasts believe that drinking this juice on an empty stomach can not only detoxify the body, boost immunity, improve metabolism etc. Apart from that, the presence of Betalains in this beetroot juice based juice is a powerful antioxidant that helps in reducing inflammation and helps manage body weight.
