Ramphal: Reasons to try this unique fruit

​All about Ramphal

Ramphal has a sweet flavour, contrary to tomatoes which have a sour taste. Ramphal does not contain seeds like tomato and has a smooth texture on the inside. Once Ramphal starts maturing it might develop 3-4 seeds. Ramphal belongs to the same family as Custard Apple, known as the Annona family. Seen growing in India's tropical regions like Assam, West Bengal, Gujarat and Maharashtra, and states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, Ramphal is loaded with benefits.
