What does Sadhguru say?

According to Sadhguru, if you drink one large glass of groundnut milkshake, it's a complete diet and it can easily keep you full for 4-5 hours. It's a good breakfast and it takes care of all your calcium requirements also. As per his post on the Isha Foundation website, whole grains, lentils and nuts are an excellent alternative to milk, in order to get the daily dietary requirement of calcium. For example: Groundnuts. These are a complete diet by themselves. In India, many yogis go on a 100% groundnut diet because it is a complete food by itself, if it is eaten raw, he states. Explaining the right way of eating groundnuts, he states that they must be soaked for a minimum of six hours in water, which takes away certain aspects that in Ayurveda are called Pitta. If you eat groundnuts without soaking them, it tends to cause rashes and nausea, he warns.
