Let’s find outAs per a Facebook video posted on the page 'Food lover', aloo has been now replaced by sautéed bhindi, and it is the cringiest food fusion one can ever witness. In the viral video, the stall owner in Chandni Chowk Delhi breaks open a samosa to show the filling of bhindi inside. As per the owner, bhindi is cooked in such a way that there are no slimy strings left in it. Later, the bhindi samosa is turned into a wholesome chaat. In the video, the owner crushes the samosa and tops it with green chutney, coriander leaves, and masalas. The dish is served with aloo chole ki sabzi and is priced at Rs 30 per plate. Take a look:
As per the video, the stall also sells matar samosa, aloo chole sabzi, kachori, and veg biryani with chutneys, onions, and green chillies.
