Dinner in the sky

The age old adage, ‘love is in the air’ has been replaced with a more modern ‘food is in the air’, and quite literally at that. Because eating on earth has become too mainstream, Fly Dining, a restaurant based in Noida, has taken the onus to provide customers with a truly unique and might we say frightful dining experience.

2/5

An aerial experience

Aerial dining is not a new phenomenon, and it happens in a lot of places in the West. However, it is a big deal as it is the first of its kind in Delhi. Having food fifty metres in the air on a dining table hoisted by a crane is no walk in the park, and this experience is not for the faint-hearted. Fly Dining provides people with an experience as thrilling as bungee jumping or paragliding, and if you’re a thrill seeker or an adrenaline junkie, this restaurant is worth your bucks.

3/5

How it works

The structure can accommodate about twenty four people and four servers. It is built with a high-grade metal platform, and on it rests aircraft standard seats and belts, so it is perfectly safe. The servers move around safely harnesses, so the aerial dining experience is safe for everyone. The dining session lasts between half an hour to an hour, between which the structure will be lowered to provide you with a bathroom break.

4/5

The menu

Fly Dining offers only a handful of dishes, but at that height, getting a wide variety of food is least of the concerns. The menu consists of mocktails, hot beverages, snacks, starters and a main course for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and desserts. Curated into an appetizing fine dining experience, you are sure to get the best of thrills and flavours.

5/5

Why else to dine here

Besides a unique and delicious offering, the restaurant also provides patrons with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. So get your cameras out and call your buddies to delve into this unique sky-high fine dining experience.
