Why leaving caffeine is a great idea!

As kids we all have read about the popular Darwin’s Theory -- Survival of the fittest. Interestingly, we realise this saying throughout our lives and in every sphere of life. Be it in terms of our health or social conduct, to move in sync with the fast paced world and to stay abreast with everything around. Hence, It becomes essential to have a healthy body and a sane mind.

However, it is easier said than done, simply because it is no less than a challenge to take out time from your hectic schedule to focus on adapting healthy habits and working out. In fact, this happens to be the core cause of several lifestyle diseases. Moreover, our eating habits and patterns influence and define our health. No wonder, it is tough to avoid the stress life throws at us and in order to handle the stress, we often opt for eating too much or drinking too much of our favourite beverage. Well, tea and coffee are the most consumed beverages around the world, which people often opt for in order to beat the stress or rejuvenate.

But what we often overlook or rather ignore, while going for our favourite drink such as tea or coffee is the implications of too much consumption.
