Raveena Tandon is that Bollywood diva who slayed the 90's with her sensual moves in ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ and ruled millions of hearts with her brilliant acting. This ‘Sheher Ki Ladki’ needs no introduction. Yes, we are talking about the gorgeous actress who seems to have defied aging with her healthy diet. But have you ever thought what the beautiful and charming actress eats to stay so fit at the age of 47? Well, here are some of her diet secrets that have helped her age so gracefully.

​What’s her secret to reversing age


The charming actress revealed that she loves working out with kids on their terrace and prefers home workout. Apart from that, she expressed in one of her interviews that she consumes loads of fruits and probiotics, which is certainly her holy grail to reverse age.

The presence of antioxidants and the goodness of lactic acid, omega 3 fatty acids in curd, helps in boosting collagen in the skin, which ensures a healthy skin. Also, both curd and fruits help in boosting immunity and metabolism.

​The day-to-day diet


The actress loves eating a mix of everything, she does not avoid any kind of food. However, her day-to-day diet includes simple Dal, Bhaji, Roti, Dahi. The actress swears by Dahi as she believes the stomach needs to be cool, which helps in better digestion.

Raveena Tandon also shared a quick recipe of her homemade Kadha, which started consuming around pandemic. This home drink is prepared with fresh organic haldi from her farms, mixed with cloves, adrak, black pepper, ajwain and a dash of ghee. This tonic not only keeps her active and agile, but also helps her in better weight management.
