8-ingredient bedtime drink

Nutritionist Richa Gangani recently shared her personal experience on Instagram about a powerful homemade bedtime drink that helped her lose 7 kilograms in just 21 days, which she combined with discipline and consistency. As per her post, it's an 8-ingredient bedtime drink that she swears by and it helped target bloating, weight loss, and irregular periods. Richa mentioned that she drank this mixture every night before bed and saw significant results within three weeks.

How to make the detox drink?


To make this drink, you need cardamom, fennel seeds, asafoetida, cucumber, lemon slices, ginger juice, and chia seeds. Roast cardamom, fennel seeds, and hing for about 10 minutes on low heat. Grind this mixture into a coarse powder. In a bottle, add this powder, chopped cucumber, lemon slices, ginger juice, and pre-soaked chia seeds. Fill the bottle with water, shake well, and your bedtime drink is ready.

Cardamom is known for its digestive benefits. It helps boost metabolism by stimulating digestive enzymes, relieves gas, indigestion, and bloating. It's also a mild diuretic, which can help reduce water retention and promote detoxification. Also known as hing, it is known for its strong aroma and digestive properties. It helps stimulate metabolism and reduces bloating by easing gas and improving gut health. Additionally, its anti-inflammatory properties can help regulate hormones that influence fat storage.

It is a low-calorie food that is made up of 95% water and keeps you hydrated and promotes a feeling of fullness, helping to curb unnecessary snacking.
