Laddoo ingredients

Ghee- It helps in adding healthy fats to the diet which further nourishes the body, strengthens the joints, keeps the body warm and aids digestion.
Gond- Also known as Edible Gum, Gond is calcium, protein and vitamins that are essential for the body's recovery.
Poppy seeds- Poppy seeds have a calming and relaxing effect on the body. Poppy seeds contain morphines which help in inducing better sleep. They also help in producing more milk.
Coconut- Coconut improves energy levels, keeps you full for long and also helps in balancing the sugar levels in your body.

Nuts and Seeds required

Nuts- Nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts make the laddoo quite rich. Just one laddoo a day will fill you up with energy. Packed with nutrients, nuts are a must-have for new mothers.
Seeds- In this recipe, we have used pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Both the seeds are a source of healthy fats and protein, which helps in healing the body internally.
Natural sweeteners- Instead of using unhealthy white sugar, we have used raisins, dates and anjeer in this laddoo recipe. Dates not only help in giving an energy boost but also increases the milk production. Anjeer strengthens the immunity and raisins are a good source of antioxidants.
