The all rounder of Indian cricket swears by a rigorous workout regime followed by yoga and strength training. He begins his day with a glass of coconut water or fresh juice followed by fresh fruits like banana, orange, avocado, and pineapple. For lunch he prefers a hearty mix of protein and carbs. For dinner he loves pairing fresh salads with grilled protein tossed up in light spices.

The cricketer has been slaying the IPL with his dynamic performance, the fit cricketer loves gorging on eggs for breakfast along with oats.
