Right way to make Bombay-style Sandwich

Bombay-style Sandwich makes for a comforting and easy-to-make breakfast dish. Made with boiled potatoes and other veggies and condiments, it is a simple bread dish that one can try at home. Scroll down to read the recipe.

Ingredients


6 slices white bread, 2 tbsp butter, 3–4 tbsp green chutney, 1 boiled potato, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 small onion, 1 tsp chaat masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp sandwich masala, and sev for topping

First of all, apply butter one side of each bread slice.

Next, spread green chutney generously over the buttered side.

Start layering the slices of boiled potatoes, then cucumber, tomato, and onion.

Now, sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and a pinch of sandwich masala.

Next, cover with another chutney-buttered bread slice.

Press and cut the sandwich diagonally or into rectangles. Top with sev and enjoy!
