How to make karela tea

You can use sun dried slices of bitter gourd to make this tea. You can also use karela leaves to make this healthy blend. Just boil a few slices of karela in water and allow it boil over medium flame. Once the water starts boiling, turn off the flame. Pour in the tea and add some honey or sweetener as per your palate preference. You can also add some fresh lime juice to cut the bitter taste and turn it into a delightful blend.
