It is a popular curry dish made with coarsely crushed fresh green peas, cooked with spices and onion and diluted with water and topped with a tempering of cumin seeds and dried red chillies.

This is a dry dish made with green peas cooked into a thick curry, often eaten for breakfast or as a snack, topped with chopped onions, chillies, and coriander.

To make this deep fried dish you need stuffing made with green peas mashed and cooked with spices and then stuffed in maida dough and then deep fried to perfection and enjoyed with green chutney.
