What is Turkish coffee?

It isn’t very different from other variants but what makes it different is the way of preparation. Turkish coffee is one of the most popular coffee blends prepared in the Middle Eastern and European countries, including Turkey, Iran and Greece.

It is prepared by combining finely ground coffee beans with water and sugar, which is done by bringing the liquid to a frothy foaming stage, just below boiling. It is brewed in a traditional pot called cezve. After the brew is done, the coffee grinds settle down and the rest of the blend is served to relish.
