Dry Fruit Laddoo
Coconut Laddoo
This is a perfect staple for festivals and fasts, loved for its taste and texture. Made with fresh or desiccated coconut cooked with condensed milk or khoya creates melt-in-the-mouth laddoos. A touch of cardamom enhances their flavor. These laddoos are quick to prepare and often last well when refrigerated.
Rajgira (Amaranth) Laddoo
This millet laddoo is also great for vrat feasting. Prepared by dry roasting puffed or roasted rajgira combined with jaggery syrup forms crunchy and nutritious laddoos. These laddoos can be stored for more than a week by keeping them in airtight containers, making them a perfect make-ahead sweet. What’s more, rajgira is light yet protein-rich, making it a common fasting grain.
Makhana Laddoo
This laddoo is made by roasting makhana and grinding it into a coarse powder and mixed with nuts, jaggery, and ghee makes a wholesome laddoo. Makhana laddoos are light, crunchy, and packed with energy, perfect for keeping hunger at bay during fasting hours.
