Right from starting the day with a cup of joe to ending the day with a warm cup of bedtime drink, fluids are an essential part of our diet and one can stay in shape just by tweaking their drinks. This is because most drinks contain sugar, even homemade beverages like tea, coffee, shakes and packaged juices are laced with preservatives and sugar.
