Restaurant industry is seeing a boom like never before. Some of the best food and beverage concepts are being introduced by talented young entrepreneurs across the country. ET F&B Conclave, North India 2024, organised recently at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, is an initiative to reward and celebrate these innovators of hospitality & restaurant industry, who are changing the dining out scene in their cities with amazing new concepts.

The evening of celebrations started with a panel discussion featuring some of the most prominent F&B personalities. The discussion involving acclaimed chef Manish Mehrotra, leading restaurateur Zorawar Kalra, Founder and Managing Director - Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, chef Vikas Chawla, Consultant Chef, Core Hospitality Solutions and Ambassador of Millets, Nutrihub – Govt of India, Beeban Arora, Co-Founder - La Tarté & Kartoon Café and Amin Ali, editor, Times Food and Nightlife Awards Delhi. The discussion focussed on the future of F&B industry and delved on how to create legacy brands with lasting impact.

The ceremony had the Bollywood actor Elli AvrRam, looking beautiful in a stunning saree, felicitated all the achievers.
The night was followed by honouring F&B Business Leaders and Top Women Achievers from across North India, chosen through surveys conducted by an independent research agency, Avance Insights Pvt Ltd. It was a special moment for many restaurateurs to meet, network and exchange ideas with other achievers from the industry.
