Indian-style Masala Bread Omelette

Actor, singer, and performer Diljit Dosanjh is known for sharing lighter moments in his home kitchen. In the past, he had shared his art of making Shakshuka, Desi Chai, Chicken Curry and more. In the most recent post on his Instagram, the actor and performer was seen making Indian-style Masala Bread Omelette, while sharing the details of his Aura North America Tour, for which the tickets will go live on February 9. If you are also a lover of Bread Omelette, here's the simple recipe to follow at home.

Ingredients


2 eggs, 2 slices bread, 1 small onion, 1 green chilli, 1/2 tomato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, a pinch of black pepper, butter or oil for cooking, 1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala

First of all, chop the veggies and set them aside.

Now, crack the eggs in a bowl and add onion, green chilli, tomato, coriander, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala, and pepper.

Beat the mixture well and in the meantime, heat a pan with butter or oil.

Pour the egg mixture onto the pan and spread it slightly like an omelette.

Cook on medium flame until it is evenly cooked.

Place the bread slices on top of the omelette and press gently. Carefully flip the omelette along with the bread and toast the bread until crisp and golden.

Serve hot with cutting chai or coffee on the side.
