​Origin of Chaat


Chaat, one of the oldest Indian forms of snack is said to have been curated by the Khansamas in Mughal Emperor Shahjahan’s kitchen. Chaat was prepared with just the right amount of spices, herbs and ingredients to strike the right balance of taste and health by keeping in mind the suggestions of Emperor’s Hakim and to meet the challenges of water scarcity in the region. This delicacy was prepared in such a way that it helped in meeting the dietary needs that too without compromising on the taste of the dish.

​Raj Kachori


A plate of Raj Kachori has around 4 grams of fiber, 7 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs, which makes it a wholesome and satisfying meal. ​Bhelpuri


Bhelpuri is a delicious amalgamation of low-fat puffed rice, vitamin and antioxidant rich veggies like cucumber, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilies tossed with fiber loaded sprouts, roasted protein rich peanuts. To spice up the dish, red chutney made with dry ginger(sauth) and green chutney made with (mint and coriander leaves) are added to the dish along with simple spices.

Pani Puri, also known as Pani ke Batashe, has been one of the most loved street foods, and you will be amazed to know that one plate of pani puri has around 4 grams of fat, out of which 2 grams are basically the oil used for frying the puris.
