Arjun Kapoor's love for food!

For people, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor is a living example of hard work and pererverance. He is an inspiration for those who want to transform their body and people are curious about his food and diet regimen. But for Arjun, there is nothing more satisfying than cheat meals at home. Yes, you read right, Arjun, who turns 34 today is a die-hard foodie who gorges on pancakes, waffles and what not. From being an unapologetically fat child to having a perfectly chiseled phisique, Arjun's weight loss journey ( he lost 53 kilos) is no less than a result of sheer dedication and discipline. According to sources, he is careful about his diet because of his professional commitments, but he is a self-confessed foodie at heart. Here’s proof:

Fitness food

As a fitness lover, Arjun makes sure that his daily diet is full of nutrients and that’s the reason he starts his day with toast and 4 egg whites in breakfast, bajra roti, dal and chicken for lunch and ends the day with fish or chicken with rice in dinner.

Arjun can’t resist Jungli Mutton and it became obvious when he ended up having the traditional dish of Rajasthan during a TV show. Originally, Jungli Mutton is a dish of Rajasthan that was made for the maharajas once they returned from their hunting expedition.

For Arjun, cheat days are meant for homemade food that generally involves ‘Daadi ke haath ka Khana’. When at home, he loves Jungli mutton, Laal Maas, kaali dal, Dahi wala Chicken made by her.
