Anant-Radhika Pre-wedding: Suhel Seth talks about Ambani's amazing hospitality and food

The pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are going on at the Reliance Greens Complex in Jamnagar. The Ambanis are known for their hospitality, and as per reports, the Ambanis have hired 21 chefs from Indore to serve around 2500 dishes to the guests during these three days/

As per a recent video posted on Instagram, Indian businessman and columnist Suhel Seth enjoyed Fafda and Undhiyu on the first day of the 3-day celebration. In the video, he also talked about the hospitality, love, and affection of Ambanis.

For the uninitiated, Fafda is a popular Gujarati snack that is crispy, savory, and often enjoyed with chutney or spicy green chili peppers. It's a traditional snack that is commonly served during festivals like Dussehra and Diwali or as a tea-time snack. Fafda is made primarily from chickpea flour (besan) and spices.

On the other hand, Undhiyu is also a traditional Gujarati dish made with mixed vegetables that is popular during the winter season and often enjoyed during festivals like Uttarayan (Makar Sankranti). It is a flavorful and hearty dish that features a variety of seasonal vegetables and spices.

In the video, he said, "Ambanis are very humble, and they are taking care of all the guests with politeness, love, and affection."

He further said that the celebration is a true depiction of the rich Indian cultural heritage.
