Have you tried these green banana dishes?

Green bananas are a staple food in tropical regions of the world and are used in varied ways, like steamed, fried, etc. They are good for gut bacteria and also control blood sugar levels, especially after meals. Rich in resistant starch, green bananas support gut health, help regulate blood sugar levels, and keep you fuller for longer. They are also a good source of dietary fibre, potassium, and vitamin B6, making them beneficial for digestion and heart health. Here are a few simple and easy dishes that one can make with green bananas for dinner.
