7 vegetarian sources of Omega-3 for brain health

Omega-3 fatty acids are usually linked to fish, but you don’t need to eat seafood to keep your brain healthy. If you’re vegetarian or trying more plant-based foods, there are plenty of everyday options full of brain-friendly fats. Omega-3s help with memory, mood, and focus.
