6 types of Indian rotis under 100 calories and how to make them

Made from jowar flour, this roti is naturally gluten-free and high in fibre. Each one comes in at around 90 calories, depending on the size. It’s soft when hot, slightly nutty in flavour, and goes well with any kind of curry. Jowar helps in keeping you full without weighing you down, and it’s great for digestion too.
