So, follow us through these interesting sweets for Navratri fasting.

​​Fruit Chaat​


Fruit Chaat is a simple and healthy option to enjoy during Navratri fasts. To make this easy dish, just chop and combine freshly chopped fruits and pour in a dressing of lemon, sendha namak, sugar and roasted cumin powder. Toss it up and enjoy!

​​Dates and Nuts Barfi​


To make this delicious and healthy Barfi, combine finely chopped dates, figs and assorted nuts like almonds, cashews, and pistachios to make a healthy barfi.

​​Makhana Kheer​


Makhana also known as Fox nuts is loaded with the goodness of essential nutrients and fiber, which helps in boosting immunity and helps with weight loss. To make this kheer, dry roast the makhana and dry roast the nuts. Meanwhile, heat a pan and add milk, keep stirring till it reduces to half and add in cardamom powder. Turn off the flame and add in jaggery paste and mix well to enjoy.

​​Sama Chawal Kheer​


Sama Chawal Kheer also known as Barnyard Millet can be used to make a sumptuous and healthy kheer for Navratri fasting. To make this easy kheer, roast the millet and add it to milk and cook with stevia, cardamom, saffron and dry fruits.

​​Coconut Ladoo​


To make these simple ladoos, make a paste of dates and by soaking them in warm water. Then take a pan, add in a small teaspoon of ghee and roast the dry fruits, nuts, desiccated coconuts and roast these well. Now, add in the dates paste and mix it all together and roll over dry coconuts and refrigerate.

​​Amaranth Ladoo​


Amaranth seeds can be used to make healthy and gluten-free ladoos. Mix popped amaranth seeds with jaggery or honey, add some cardamom for flavor, and shape them into small round ladoos.
