It also provides smaller amounts of other essential nutrients, including B vitamins, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, and potassium.It also contains a compound called glucosinolates, with potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. These compounds may offer health benefits, including supporting heart health and reducing the risk of certain cancers. These are perfect for pairing with cocktails and mocktails, and to make them, all you need to do is, toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, pepper, and herbs, then bake until crispy and serve hot with dips of your choice.
