With the rising mercury, it is important to stay hydrated to boost immunity and be energetic. And one of the nutritious options that one can opt is coconut water. It is a natural, refreshing drink loaded with electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, and sodium, it helps keep the body hydrated and supports muscle and nerve function—making it an ideal post-workout beverage. Coconut water also helps regulate blood pressure, manage acidity, and maintain electrolyte balance. While it is highly nutritious, there are natural ingredients that one can add to coconut water to boost its nutritional values.

These seeds are packed with fiber, omega-3s, and antioxidants, which will help keep you full for longer and aid digestive health in extreme summer and boost energy levels. Coconut water is rich in electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, while chia seeds can absorb up to 10x their weight in water, helping retain hydration for longer.Chia seeds are loaded with plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health. Combined with coconut water’s antioxidants, it becomes an excellent anti-inflammatory and energizing drink. Chia seeds are loaded with soluble fiber, which supports healthy digestion, improves gut health, prevents constipation, and promotes a feeling of fullness.

Mint leaves

The combination not just makes it a refreshing drink, but it also helps cool down the body, boost digestive health, and aid detoxification. Mint stimulates digestive enzymes, while coconut water soothes the stomach, and reduces bloating and gas. Good article, but be aware that coconut water is very rich in potassium - and this otherwise beneficial (and essential) nutrient can adversely affect those with low blood pressure. Take it in moderation and contact your doctor if you suffer from dizziness or heart palpitations caused by low blood pressure or pulse rate.
