Easy ways to heal mouth ulcers in no time

Mouth ulcers can really make our lives hard for us. Neither can one drink nor can one eat properly due to these extremely painful blisters inside the mouth. Talking becomes next to impossible at times. The cause of ulcers varies from person to person but the most common reasons are lack of essential vitamins, dehydration and sensitivity to certain food items that don't suit one well. Although there are several ointments and medicines available on the market to soothe them down, one can find the natural cure to ulcers in their own kitchen! ​Turmeric Powder

Turmeric, due to its medicinal properties can heal any kind of internal wound in no time. This Indian spice has the power to fight infections and can also help in soothing down the ulcers inside the mouth.

Remedy:

Mix some water and haldi to make a thick turmeric paste. Apply this turmeric paste over the ulcers thrice a day for best results.

​Apple Cider Vinegar

The antibacterial properties of apple cider vinegar speed up the recovery and help in fighting the germs inside the mouth that are responsible for ulcers.

Remedy:

Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into a small cup of lukewarm water. Mix the solution properly, take some of it inside the mouth and rinse. Repeat the same method and once the solution is finished, rinse your mouth with fresh water. Doing this every morning and night will help in healing the ulcers quickly.

​Coconut Milk

Coconut milk will have a cool and soothing effect on the mouth ulcers that will help them cool down. Make sure you use chilled coconut milk for the purpose.

Remedy:

Gargle with coconut milk twice or thrice daily, this will make the immense pain of ulcers go away in no time. You can also fill your mouth with coconut milk and swish it around for about 5 minutes.

​Coconut Oil

Coconut has several healing properties that can help fight mouth ulcer infections. The antimicrobial properties inside coconut oil help in making the ulcers go away naturally.

Remedy:

Applying coconut oil over the ulcers before going to sleep every night makes them vanish in no time. This works way faster and better than the ointments available in medical stores. The pain lessens each time one applies it over the unwanted ulcers.

​Honey

The medicinal and anti-microbial properties of honey help heal wounds instantly. Having some honey in the kitchen always comes in handy. While repairing the ulcers, honey also protects the area around and prevents the area from getting infected.

Remedy:

Apply some good amount of honey over the ulcers. Due to its sweet taste, there are chances that one might end up eating it along with the saliva. No need to worry, keep applying it every two hours and one can see the results almost instantly.
