Masala Chickpea Salad


This simple desi masala salad can be made by mixing boiled chickpeas with veggies like cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and coriander leaves, tossed up with lemon juice, chaat masala, red chili powder,roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper to name a few.

Chapati Rolls


To make these easy rolls, take whole wheat chapatis and layer it with lettuce leaves and add in your choice of sabzi, chopped veggies like carrots, onion, green chilies along with mint chutney, crumbled paneer and wrap it up. Grill it for 5-8 minutes and dig in!

Quinoa Upma

This healthy Upma recipe can be made by cooking boiled quinoa in ghee along with some mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies. Add in a choice of veggies and dig in.

Healthy Vegetable Cutlets

To make these healthy vegetable cutlets, grind beetroot, spinach, peanuts, onion, ginger garlic paste along with green chilies and a melange of spices. Then mix 2-3 tbsp oats flour, mix it well with the vegetable mixture, make small sized cutlets and then either pan fry or air fry and pack it with veggies.

Vegetable Pulao


This simple Pulao can be made at home by cooking basmati rice along with a mix of colorful vegetables like peas, carrots, bell peppers, and beans. To make it more delightful, add spices like cumin, turmeric and garam masala to name a few.
