Green fruits for better health

When we talk about good health, doctors and nutritionists always recommend consuming green veggies and fruits. It is because of the amount of chlorophyll in them, which helps maintain better health. It is said that green fruits help in controlling the cholesterol levels, improving digestion, and reduces the risk of high BP and heart-related diseases. According to a research published by Prof Oswald of the University of Warwick, consuming green fruits also helps increase the immunity of the body and people stay happier as well. Kiwi

Kiwi is rich in nutrients like vitamin E, C, folate, and potassium and is known to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive properties. It is often recommended for increase blood platelets. Not just that, but pregnant women are also advised to consume it. Kiwi has a low glycemic index (GI) and this is why, it can be consumed by diabetics as well.

Green Apple

Iron, calcium, vitamins and antioxidant properties are found in green apples. It’s rich in ‘Quercetin’, which is a chemical present in green apple that helps in improving mental health. People whose bones are weak must consume green apples. There is a lot of fibre in green apple, which also helps in reducing some weight.

Nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin AB complex, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, carbohydrate, fibre and diuretic acid are found in Amla. Amla is also rich in chromium, which helps in controlling blood sugar level. This small sweet & sour fruit improves digestion while strengthening immunity.

Grapes are an excellent fruit which can take care of your entire health as its rich in vitamins A, C, & B along with potassium and calcium. It’s rich in flavonoids and antioxidants which helps keep the cholesterol level under control. Eating grapes gives quick energy and there is no problem of fatigue.
