The first vitamin is vitamin B, all the B vitamins are good for improving brain health, it improves energy, alertness, among other things all these B vitamins are found in foods such as dark leafy vegetables like spinach etc., banana, avocado, potatoes, whole grains, beans, lentils and dairy products. She adds that vitamin B6 helps in developing the neurotransmission, the well known supplement is B9 or folate which supports brain function and balances psychological brain health. Vitamin B3, B9 and B12 are essential for healthy development and maintenance of your brain and nervous system in general.

As per her, the second vitamin to enhance IQ is vitamin C. She explains that this vitamin has several valuable health benefits and so it is an essential vitamin. This wonderful vitamin is abundantly found in citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, kiwi, papaya, strawberries, bell peppers, amla, Indian gooseberry and many other fruits and vegetables. Even the researchers have shown that those who were given vitamin C in the form of one glass of orange juice daily for 6 months scored remarkably better in the IQ test than those who were not given vitamin C, she confirms. She also claims that vitamin C protects the memory and thinking power of those who are aging.

Vitamin D

Third comes vitamin D, we have often heard how important this vitamin D is for our physical and mental health, she informs in the video and adds that Vitamin D is found in spinach, okra and soya beans. Deficiency of this vitamin is associated with learning disability among children, lower IQ and poor understanding. Besides this, a lack of vitamin D may also bring depression and impact your bone health. So in order to prevent all these issues, try to get at least half an hour of sunlight in the morning or in the evening, she suggests.
