If you are an enthusiastic shopper then go to the Goan bazaar and explore the Mapusa Market on Friday morning. From handicrafts and textiles to fabrics, you will encounter the real flavors of traditional Goan shopping with clothes and jewellery items on sale for you. However, you must have a good nagging power, as bargaining reaches its peak here with shopkeepers agreeing and coming to a certain price point.

Anjuna flea market

Anjuna flea market is mainly a street market that can be found in North Goa but only on Wednesdays. It is considered to be one of the best shopping places in Goa and is a paradise for people in love with Bohemian accessories. From gothic jewellery to fashionable beachwear, you will find tons of stunning collections with Croatian and sheer works as well. Calangute market square

The area has a line-up of beach-side shacks and stalls filled with seafood, beverages, and trendy clothes. It is a major attraction for jewellery, handicrafts, trinkets, junk metal crafts, souvenirs, seashells, and leather goods as well. You need to patiently and thoroughly check all the stalls and then purchase the best items from the lot without getting confused as the variety to choose from is huge.

Mackie’s Night Bazaar

The night bazaar is only held every Saturday and is considered one of the best shopping places in Goa. It runs until midnight on the Baga Beach pack with the outlets selling a wide range of beachwear, clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, and handicrafts. You will also be able to eat authentic Chinese, Indian, Goan, and Tibetan fast food with a glass of wine or beer to go with it.

Panjim market

This is a must-visit place for all those people who wish to carry a bit of Goa with them after making their return from the state. Filled with street-side markets and small shopping complexes, this market offers a decent range of local handicrafts, clothes, footwear, accessories, spices, and much more. Particularly popular for Goan local crafts, the area is filled with eateries as well which can be quite a day out with your friends for you.
