Fashion gets a realty touch at LFW

Pallavi Jaikishan’s four collections showcased at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 were inspired by the Sajala luxury villas in Lonavala and each line was named after the villas:
Sajala — clouds with a golden lining, Mandara — the mythical tree, Elavia — a thing of beauty and grace, Ayiana — the eternal bloom. Sankpal Group, who is behind this project of luxurious villas, participated for the first time in the fashion week as a co-sponsor.
Suhas Sankpal, Founder and Chairman and Dhruti Sankpal, Vice Chairperson of the group were present for the do. The guests present in audience included Poonam Dhillon, Jai Shroff, Rahul Sagar, Pravin Dongre, Anita Dongre and Nachiket Barve.
