The exotic locales top fashion designers visited this New Year!

They say travel is one of the biggest inspirations for fashion designers. From offbeat places to dreamy beaches, creativity can be found anywhere. And, the best time to travel has to be December! With Christmas celebrations to big New Year bashes, who doesn't love a week-long vacation full of cheer? The world travelled and so did some of the biggest names in the global fashion industry. To feed your wanderlust, here's a look at all the exotic places these big names travelled to this holiday season.

The designer duo made sure they ushered in the New Year together. This year, they travelled to London and surely had a great time at Chinatown.

The designers behind luxury swimwear and beachwear in India, Shivan and Narresh know how to travel in style. After a year full of travels, the duo went to Jodhpur for Christmas. They explored the Mehrangarh Fort, one of the biggest forts in India. And just in time for the New Year, the duo was spotted in Kochi for an international exhibition of contemporary art! Well, work and travel together always make a great combo!

The American fashion designer went for a romantic vacation with his fiance and his dogs to St. Barts, a Carribean island in Gustavia. The island is known for its white-sand beaches, luxe villas and all the glam designer shops.

The Belgium fashion designer has worked with big names like Yves Saint Laurent and Dior. For the New Year, the designer went for an exotic stay in Felicite Island in Seychelles. Going for an exclusive experience, he stayed at a private island with granite rocks and coral-fringed beaches!

The Italian fashion designer was in Paris for Christmas and New Year. Not to miss was his visit to Notre-Dame de Paris, a medieval Catholic cathedral. It's truly a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture and has more than 14 million visitors a year.
