Bride-to-be Radhika Merchant stuns in Sabyasachi at the Anna Daan ceremony in Jamnagar

All set to be married, Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani were spotted at the Anna Daan ceremony hosted in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The duo twinned in traditional wear and looked lovely together. Here are their outfit details.

The upcoming wedding between Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant has become the talk of the town. Anticipation is high as everyone eagerly awaits the grand celebration of the Ambani family. Anant Ambani, the son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, is set to tie the knot with his childhood friend, Radhika Merchant, daughter of Viren and Shaila Merchant. While the wedding of the duo is scheduled for July 2024, the pre-wedding festivities will kickstart from March 1, 2024 in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

The first ceremony of the pre-wedding festivities took place on Wednesday as the Ambani family hosted an Anna Daan for people. The Anna Daan ceremony of the couple has begun. Anant and Radhika were spotted feeding a large number of people to share their happiness and seek blessings for the future.

As Radhika and Anant spoke to the paparazzi and posed for pictures, we couldn't help but see how radiant Radhika looked in a classy short kurta set. Radhika looked stunning in a pink short kurta set from Sabyasachi. The suit featured vibrant shades of pink and orange put together with elements like gota, hand-embroidered motifs, and the designer's signature frills on the contrasting orange dupatta.

The beautiful bride-to-be finished off the look with minimalist makeup and some chunky silver jewellery, which was such a pleasant change as modern Indian brides often like to flaunt heavy diamond and gold jewellery for their wedding feativities. She completed the look with golden chappals.

Also spotted at the Anna Daan was Mukesh Ambani, who helped Radhika and Anant serve the guests. The millionaire happily posed for the photographers once he was done serving everyone personally. Mr Ambani sported his trademark kurta pyjama look which he finished off with his signature half jacket. As far as the would-be-groom was concerned, Anant opted for a maroon kurta pyjama set which he finished off with a half jacket.

Jamnagar holds special significance for the Ambani family as it is their hometown and Anant's passion project 'Vantara' is also based in the town, adding an extra layer of meaning to the occasion. The town is gearing up to host the three-day extravaganza from March 1 to March 3. The festivities kick off with a cocktail party on the first day, aptly named 'An Evening in Everland'. Guests will then embark on 'A Walk on the Wildside' on the second day, where comfortable attire and shoes are recommended.

The third day will be dedicated to celebrating India's rich cultural heritage, with 'Hastakshar' as the theme. Approximately 1,000 guests are expected to grace the couple's pre-wedding celebrations, including prominent figures such as Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Melinda Gates, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, and Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger.
