Home remedies for dark neck

You might be having a flawless face, but if you have a dark neck, the glory of your face gets dampened. Have you ever wondered what causes a dark neck? Well, the primary reason for a dark neck could be poor hygiene. Some other reasons that cause it are chemicals in cosmetics, pollutants even diabetes! But hey, fret not! All you need to do is head to your kitchen and prepare some home remedies.
2/6

Aloe Vera gel

Most of us have easy access to the aloe vera plant and it can actually clear that darkness from your neck. The minerals and vitamins present in the plant reduce pigmentation by limiting melanin production in the skin. All you need to do is cut open an aloe leaf and extract the gel. Now, apply the gel on your neck and scrub the neck for a few minutes. Leave the gel on for half and hour and rinse it with water.
3/6

Apple Cider vinegar

It is a known fact that apple cider vinegar balances the pH of the ski. Well, it also removes the dead skin cells that get accumulated on the skin. Take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in some water. Now, dip a cotton ball in the solution and apply it on the dark area. Leave the solution on for a few minutes and then rinse it off with normal water.
4/6

Almond oil

Almond oil has Vitamin E and a bleaching agent, together both the elements help in improving the complexion. Just take a few drops of almond oil and massage your neck with the same for a few minutes. Let the body absorb the oil.
5/6

Yogurt

Yogurt contains natural enzymes that help in lightening the skin. Just take two tablespoons of fresh yogurt and apply it on the neck. Leave the yogurt on for fifteen minutes and rinse it off with water.
6/6

Potato

Potato has bleaching properties that lighten the skin. Just grate one potato and squeeze the juice of the same. Now, apply the juice on the neck and leave it on for fifteen minutes. Wash it off with normal water thereafter.
