How to reduce face fat naturally

Even after losing weight, a lot of people struggle to lose face fat. It's one the most stubborn fats on the body. From chubby cheeks to double chin, face fat looks unpleasant in whichever form it exists and to help you get rid of it, we've charted five habits you can incorporate in your daily life to lose face fat:

2/6

Try facial exercises

There are a lot of facial exercises, which help in reducing facial fat and improve muscle strength. One of the exercises is to stick out your tongue for 10 seconds until you feel the muscles in your chin and neck.

3/6

Add cardio

Whatever physical activity you indulge in, you can incorporate cardio or aerobic exercise. Try to do at least 20-40 minutes of cardio per day, which will help to increase fat loss and excessive bloating.

4/6

Limit alcohol intake

Excess of alcohol can lead to bloating and face fat. Try to limit your drink to one glass per day and balance it out with increasing your water intake. Moderate drinking habits can help to keep such fat at bay.

5/6

Reduce refined carbohydrates

Refined carbohydrates, also known as processed carbs are low in fibre, as they are stripped of the fibres. They mainly include white bread, white rice, white flour, sugar, soda and sweets. Eating such carbs increases fat storage and that's why one must indulge in whole grains instead of processed.

6/6

Minimize sodium intake

Having sodium-rich food increases bloating and swelling. Almost every processed food has salt, which makes our body hold extra water, leading to water retention, which can lead to an increase in face fat.
