Floral tea rinses that boost hair growth naturally

Our journey to healthy and strong locks starts from within. While there are countless beauty products in the market, none can compete with the prowess of nature. The secret to lasting beauty lies in nourishing your body with the right nutrients. Herbal teas for hair growth have been trusted for centuries. This comes with the right combination of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and scientific benefits. From one sip to one rinse, you will enjoy the warmth and will gradually understand how the natural approach to beauty works. Let’s see some floral tea rinses, which will promote faster hair growth.

2/5

Hibiscus hair rinse

To make a hibiscus hair rinse, boil fresh or dried hibiscus flowers in water for 10 minutes, let it cool, strain it, and then use it as a final rinse after shampooing. This will add shine and condition the locks. You can also add glycerine or oils for extra benefits or create a paste with water and add aloe vera. Use it as a conditioning mask and leave it for 45 minutes for deep treatment. Wash it off with the hibiscus water and enjoy long, soft locks.

Jasmine hair rinse

Start by boiling some water in a saucepan and gradually add the jasmine flowers to the hot water. Cover the pot and allow them to steep for at least 30 to 60 minutes, or until the liquid cools to room temperature. This process extracts the plant’s beneficial properties and aroma as well. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer and into a clean container next. Opt for a spray bottle, and after shampooing, spritz some fresh jasmine rinse all over the scalp and hair as a final step.

Butterfly pea flower rinse

The butterfly pea flower, or the aparajita flower, is a vibrant blue beauty that has anthocyanins, which are the same compounds that make blueberries a superfood. The high anthocyanin content fights oxidative stress and improves circulation to the scalp, which supports hair growth. Simply boil some water in a pan and dump dry aparajita in it. You can also add some rose water and strain this mixture. After your shampoo process, rinse your locks with this and witness the change.

Lavender flower hair rinse

As beautiful as lavender looks, it is filled with antioxidants and compounds that make our locks strong and long. To make a lavender hair rinse, steep dried lavender in boiling water for 30 minutes and add optional herbs like rosemary, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Let it cool down and strain it. Use this as a final rinse after shampooing and conditioning the scalp.
