Best ways to do natural hair botox

Natural hair botox is a pioneering and non-chemical process for rejuvenating and nourishing your hair. Designed to restore shine and smoothness, it’s a deep-conditioning treatment that relies on proteins, amino acids, vitamins, and herbal oils to fill in worn-out sections of hair and strengthen the shaft from within. It commonly uses ingredients like keratin, collagen, vitamin E, vitamin B5, caviar oil, and plant extracts to repair damaged hair fibers. This treatment is gentle and safe for all hair types.

2/6

Preparation and cleansing

The process starts with washing your hair thoroughly using a clarifying or anti-residue shampoo. This removes oils, dirt, and product buildup while slightly opening the hair cuticle for better absorption. Skip the conditioner and gently towel-dry your hair so it’s damp but not dripping wet.

3/6

Sectioning the hair

Next, divide your damp hair into four to eight sections and clip them up to make the process more manageable. If you're using a salon-grade solution, wear gloves during the application.

4/6

Applying the botox treatment

Apply the hair botox formula or mask using a tint brush or your hands, working from roots to tips. If you're using a DIY version, avoid applying it directly to the scalp. Use a wide-toothed comb to distribute the product evenly through each section, making sure every strand is coated.

5/6

Processing and penetration

Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap to trap heat and boost absorption. Leave the treatment on for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your hair’s thickness and the product’s instructions. For deeper penetration, you can place a warm towel over your head or briefly use a blow dryer on low heat.

6/6

Rinse and style

Rinse the treatment out with warm water. If needed, use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo to avoid stripping away the nutrients. Towel-dry your hair gently. To lock in smoothness and shine, blow-dry your hair and flat iron each section 10 to 15 times to seal the cuticle. If you prefer a natural look, you can skip the heat styling and let your hair air-dry.
