Just using some simple ingredients

Ageing is a natural process but with the application of natural ingredients on your face and a little effort blended with patience, you can maintain your youthful glow for a long period. To keep your face tight, wrinkle-free, and without any presence of fin lines, you do not need to reach out for expensive creams and serums, but can simply delve into creating your own natural anti-ageing face mask to restore the youthfulness of the skin, entering the ripe old age with a natural glow.

Honey and cocoa

Filled with nourishing elements, this face mask moisturises and soothes the skin, acting as an antioxidant face mask that smooths out the skin’s texture and prevents signs of premature ageing. Simply add 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder. Mix them all apply the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes, and then simply wash it off. Top it up with a good anti-ageing moisturiser or a cream.

Cucumber and matcha

A face mask provides an immense amount of hydration to your skin with excellent cooling properties cucumber is an excellent face mask choice for summer. Filled with vitamins and antioxidants, it locks in the moisture of your skin making you look younger and glowing. You simply need to take 1 tablespoon of cucumber puree, 1 tablespoon of matcha powder, and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix them all and form a smooth paste. Now, leave this mask for around 15 minutes and wash it off.

Turmeric and oatmeal

This mixture is filled with vitamin E, whereas turmeric is known for its anti-ageing effects. This paste reduces fine lines, and wrinkles, and helps in keeping the skin smooth and supple. Oatmeal, on the other hand has anti-inflammatory properties with the power of vitamin E which fights the free radicals that cause damage to the skin. Simply add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 2 drops of vitamin E oil, 1 tablespoon of almond oil, and some oatmeal powder. Make sure to create a smooth paste and apply it to your face.

Avocado and apricot

This natural anti-ageing face mask is filled with soft and supple skin, improving the skin’s elasticity and reducing the sagginess of the skin. To improve the overall condition of the skin, you simply need to take 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe apricot, and a few drops of any natural oil. Simply blend this mixture and create a smooth paste. Add some almond oil and apply this for 20 minutes, topping it with a moisturiser or face cream.

Yoghurt and lemon

The blending of yoghurt and lemon acts as a great exfoliator that brightens the skin and helps in reducing dark spots. Lemons, being a good source of vitamin C, have rich antioxidant properties with yoghurt. The mask acts as a natural coolant and moisturiser, bringing back the lost glow to your face. You need to take 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and apply this paste for 10-15 minutes, and rinse it with lukewarm water.
