Actor Vikas Sethi who had no previous cardiac issues died in his sleep on September 8. Doctors say they are seeing more cases of people who suffer heart attacks while asleep, and the symptoms – especially among younger patients – are not familiar
According to his family, Vikas had no history of cardiac issues and maintained a regular fitness routine. Sethi’s case was similar to that of 47-year-old former Mumbai Cricket Association chief Amol Kale, who died in his sleep while in New York to watch the India-Pakistan match during the T20 World Cup in June.
