Production warrant issued against Vikas Yadav

new delhi: a delhi court on wednesday issued production warrant against vikas yadav, an accused in the jessica lall murder case and currently lodged in a ghaziabad jail, in connection with the kidnapping-cum-murder case of business executive nitish katara. additional sessions judge r l chugh, who is holding the trial in jessica case, directed the dasna jail superintendent, ghaziabad, to produce vikas in the court on april 1.the court issued the warrant after it received no reply from the ghaziabad court to which it had sent a letter of request to facilitate presence of the accused in the case. vikas yadav, son of mp d p yadav, is one of the nine accused in the jessica lall murder case in which manu sharma is the main accused and is currently on bail with other accused.
