KBC's hot seat beckons once more

Five years back when Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) debuted on Star Plus, it was nothing short of magic.
Viewers sat mesmerised through the one-hour quiz show as Amitabh Bachchan in his deep baritone, egged on contestants to strive for the pot of gold.
We vicariously experienced a sense of elation when some of them raked in the moolah, and felt the dejection of those who let it slip through their fingers.Suddenly, the small screen had made an instant connection with the viewer, and the control was no longer remote.
Will the KBC magic work the second time over? Delhi Times spoke to some showbiz personalities to find out their expectations from KBC 2.
SMRITI IRAANI(Tulsi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi)
���I hope for Umeed se dugna this time. I was very happy to donate the prize money I won on KBC last time to the Cancer Patients Aid Association. It has helped me forge very strong bonds with the charity. I would love to be on the hot seat again, and should I strike it rich, I intend to utilise the money for a water project in Maleghat. So, Mr Bachchan, you had better call me over!���
CEZANNE KHAN (Anurag Basu in Kasauti Zindagi Kay)
