5 members of two families among 6 killed in Jammu road accidents

JAMMU: Six people, including three members of a family and two from another, were killed, and nine others injured in two road accidents in Jammu division’s Reasi and Rajouri districts on Sunday.

A Mahindra Bolero Camper rolled down into a deep gorge near Bidda in Reasi after its driver lost control, resulting in the death of a 40-year-old man, his mother, and sister. The sister’s 3-year-old daughter sustained injuries, police said.

In the Rajouri accident, a cab fell off a hilly road near LoC in Nowshera sub-division, claiming the lives of a father-son duo and the driver, while eight others were injured.
