According to the report, Bigbasket scored 6/10 across the five principles of the study including fair pay, fair conditions, fair contracts, fair management and fair representation. Bigbasket is one of the three companies that offer minimum wage for workers.

E-commerce platform Flipkart scored 3/10. Flipkart is one of the three companies to have a minimum wage policy for its workers.

Amazon Flex scored 2/10, according to the Fairwork India Ratings 2023 report.

According to the report, the delivery app Dunzo scored 1/10.
