How to access new Bing on mobile
Expanding the reach of the new Bing and its capabilities, Microsoft went mobile and announced new Bing integration into several of its apps and services. Currently, Bing can be accessed on mobile devices as a standalone service via Bing app, as integrated service via SwiftKey keyboard app, Skype and Microsoft Edge on both Android and iOS platforms. SwiftKey is Microsoft’s keyboard app available for both Android and iOS. The company also updated the app to include the capabilities of the new Bing. SwiftKey integrates Bing in three ways -- Search, Chat and Tone. The Tone feature allows users to communicate more effectively by using AI to customse the in-progress text to fit any situation.
The Chat option is just the native Bing feature that lets users have a conversation with Bing and get answers. With the Search functionality, users can quickly search the web from your keyboard, without switching apps.
To access Bing using SwiftKey, follow these stepsDownload and install the latest version of SwiftKey keyboard app from Play Store or Apple App Store. Once downloaded, set the keyboard as default. Now, tap on the Bing icon at the top left corner to access the new Bing and its features.
Microsoft Edge browserEdge browser was among the first to receive the Bing integration on desktop. The integration is now also available on mobile version. Simply get the latest version of the browser to get the new Bing. To access it, just open the browser, sign in with your Microsoft account and tap on the Bing icon at the bottom ribbon.
