‘Ante Sundaraniki’, ‘Sammohanam’, ‘Middle-class Abbayi’; Six films in which Naresh and Pravitra Lokesh acted together
Telugu actor Naresh and Pavithra Lokesh have been in news for all the wrong reasons ever since the video of Naresh's estranged wife Ramya Raghupathi chasing him has gone viral, it’s been trending on various platforms. While Naresh has been married thrice and got divorced, Pavithra Lokesh too is married twice before parting ways with her ex-husband. Here we compile a list of films, where they both shared the screenspace.

‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’ (2014)
In 2014’s romantic drama film directed by Nandyala Ravi in which Naresh acted as Naga Shourya’s father while Pavitra Lokesh acted as Anand Rao’s lover in the film. This must be the first film they have worked on together. The film was shot at various locales in Hyderabad and Karnataka. However, the film couldn’t impress the audience in the theatres.

‘Middle-Class Abbayi’ (2017)
The 2017 action comedy film written and directed by Venu Sriram and produced by Dil Raju has Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh acting together, in which Naresh was seen as Nani’s uncle in the film while Pavitra Lokesh was seen as Siva’s mother. The film was successful at the box office. And it was remade in Bollywood as ‘Nikamma (2022).

‘Sammohanam’ (2018)
The Mohan Krishna Indraganti’s romantic drama film that has Sudheer Babu and Aditi Rao Hydari playing the leads has Naresh playing Vijay’s (Sudheer Babu) father while Pavithra Lokesh as Vijay’s mother. The film that was inspired by the British film was reportedly a profitable venture.

‘Happy Wedding’ (2018)
The 2018 romantic drama film directed by Lakshman Karya featured Sumanth Ashwin and Niharika Konideal in the lead roles. In which Pavitra Lokesh and Naresh played the lead actor’s parents.

Entha Manchivaadavuraa (2020)
The above film that starred Kalyan Ram and Mehreen in the lead roles is a romantic drama written and directed by Lakshman Karya. The film had Naresh playing the hero's father while Pavitra Lokesh was Rama Sharma’s wife. The film is a remake of the 2015 Marathi Film Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai2’. However, the film was a flop at the box office.

‘Ante Sundaraniki’ (2022)
‘Ante Sundaraniki’ by Vivek Athreya starred Nani and Nazriya in the lead roles in which Naresh played Nani’s father while Pavitra Lokesh played a Gynecologist. The romantic comedy was dubbed and released as a Pan-south film that was a moderate success at the box office.
