Allu Arjun

Tollywood as a film industry is full of spice, glamour and tends to go a little overboard in general. The good thing is that the dance numbers are simply awesome in most Telugu films. It is almost as if the Telugu film industry is blessed with all the best dancers in the country. However, only a few actors transcend from good to brilliant when it comes to grooving. Let’s check out who they are.

Allu Arjun

Probably the best in Tollywood at the moment and questionably even in India, this actor kills it with his stylish moves. From doing crazy handstands, flips, moonwalks and floor spins, he can do it all with extreme ease. They don’t call him the Stylish Star for no reason. All his dance numbers are superb and it is hard to pick one out, but he was probably at his best in 'Arya 2'.

Jr NTR

Jr NTR

Jr NTR is a deadly combo of classical dance and modern hip hop. He is trained in Kuchipudi and has performed in several shows all across India and even aboard. Tollywood fans are usually torn between Jr NTR and Allu Arjun when it comes to deciding who is the best. Although his dance is not as crazy as Allu Arjun, there is a grace and fluidity in his movements that is just unparalleled.
3/7

Chiranjeevi

Chiranjeevi

This veteran actor deserves to be here because he is the one who started it all. Back in the 90s, Tollywood didn’t have many great dancers. It was Chiranjeevi’s grace and energy that brought the songs to life. Even though he was not as athletic as his younger counterparts, he had his own unique style and he invented some of the most iconic dance steps that many actors imitate to this day, most notable one being the Veena step.

Ram Charan

Ram Charan

Being the son of Megastar Chiranjeevi, he has inherited all the dancing skills of his father and then some more. Ram Charan has a large fan following thanks to his looks, style, acting skills and most importantly his dance. He is fluid, lithe, energetic and a really fast learner, so he ends up being a choreographer’s delight. Some would even say that he is getting better with age and he is amassing more and more fans with his moves.
5/7

Prabhu Dheva

Prabhu Dheva

Even though Prabhu Dheva mostly worked in Tamil films, he did a good deal of Telugu films as well. Of course, one doesn’t need to be told about Prabhu Dheva’s dancing skills. He is called the Indian Michael Jackson and with good reason, nobody can match him in flexibility and the extra funny dimension that he adds to his dance that makes it even more entertaining to watch.
6/7

Nithiin

Nithiin

Nithiin is one of the best dancers in the younger generation of actors. He has had a decent career in Telugu cinema but has gained prominence only in the last few years, and one of the most predominant reasons for it was his dance. He has the best coordination, grace, technique and he gives it his own spin sometimes. Nithiin shows a lot of promise as a dancer and could become the best in a few years.
7/7

Sudheer Babu

Sudheer Babu

Although many people say that Mahesh Babu is not a very good dancer, his brother-in-law Sudheer Babu makes up for both of them. He is an expert in martial arts and is also an excellent dancer. This man is a perfect mixture of acting, action and dance, which ensured that he gets a chance in Bollywood, where he played a villain in Tiger Shroff starrer Baaghi. His extreme fitness is the reason he is such a great dancer and is game for anything.
